The founders of KSG, who both are mechanical engineers, have been transfering all the resources of the company into growth and developement to reach to a size that is competitive in the international markets. Initially starting up as a supplier to the world known construction equipment manufacturer Komatsu, the product and customer portfolio of the company was rapidly increased to be able to serve many other manufacturers in the same industry. Not being satisfied with that, the founders have acquired the know how and the technology required for the steel and aluminum production needs of several other industries, mainly energy and civil engineering industries.

The Mission of the company has been defined as to grow and create more added value and more employement opportunities by manufacturing succesfull products wherever the steel is. And the vision is to be a company that is preferred not only in the domestic market, but also in the international markets within the industries that we are in and that is strong in terms of the know how and the machine park, and that is continuously learning and developing and where the human resources feel happy to work and improve themselves, and that is respectfull to the environment and the ethical rules.
